my wife asked me to attend her second appt. here just in case bad news was going to be given post studies. i am an ER nurse and very particular about medicine and medical facilities in general and at time skeptical to say the least. Ms. Terrebonne eased any worries that my wife or I had! Her explanation of the test results was understandable and very easy to follow. if we had any questions, she listened attentively and answered knowledgably. In truth the whole experience was positive for my wife (most importantly) and myself! My wife said that she had absolutely no pain during the procedure, and she knew all of the potential treatment plans from most conservative to most invasive. I recommend Ms. Terrebonne, hands down and the entire obgyn clinic. THANK YOU ALL!

I had several friends recommend Dr. Rouhani to me and I am so glad I chose her as my doctor for our first baby! She is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced and I felt completely comfortable asking her questions throughout my pregnancy. I appreciated that she treated me as an individual even though I am technically “advanced maternal age” and never made me feel like I needed to be concerned about the label (while also still being transparent about potential risks and how to handle them if they should arise). My partner has anxiety, and she also did a great job of explaining things to him and helping him know which appointments to prioritize coming to with his work schedule. The delivery process was amazing with her and she has great relationships with the hospital staff, making our stay and experience great for first time parents. I am scared to move because I can’t imagine having another kid with any other doctor!

The doctor and nurses are great! Very nice and friendly. The reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because the billing here sucks! And you can never speak with anyone! You have to send them an email which they tell you they will respond in 3 business days! So frustrating to deal with incorrect billing every time I go for a depo shot (4 times a year)!

Do NOT go to Pflugerville OBGYN! They don’t operate with kindness or appropriate patience with new clients. After their office took 10 extra mins at check in I was informed that I would need to be rescheduled- I waited 5 weeks for this appointment- what a waste of time. There were 5 people in the office and NO ONE in the wait room! Their in-take process was intrusive and not legally appropriate considering the legal climate towards women in Texas.

My whole experience was amazing, from the front desk to the Ma to the NP Laura. I was in and out within 30 mins! Everybody was super kind. Laura answered all my questions and some. Definitely recommend.

I cannot even begin to share my 10 star thoughts on this five star review. Laura Terrebonne, N.P. is the most amazing in her field. Key words here KIND, THOUROUGH, KNOWLEDGABLE to start. If there is an issue of concern from THIS patient, she has taken time with me to address. Finding the answer? Taking time to listen to all concerns and then to chat and make a plan. The best part she then follows up on THAT plan! Thank YOU SO MUCH for being the amazing human and N.P. that you are!!!

N.P. Laura Terrebonne is absolutely amazing! When my previous physician moved away in 2019, I was devastated. I’d seen other physicians and they just didn’t measure up. I’d lost hope in finding a physician who took the time to talk to me and get to know me, my history, or my concerns. But then, I was blessed to find Laura! First impressions are so important. Laura’s genuine, uplifting spirit made me feel comfortable in talking with her. She didn't just hear my concerns, she actually listened. Laura is professional and extremely caring and this shows in her follow ups. Let me not forget to mention the office staff. They too are awesome! Very professional and polite! I won’t be going anywhere else :)

I have had nothing but an excellent experience with Dr. Thoppil and his staff. I moved to Killeen and make the commute to see Dr. Thoppil because I trust no one else. I am thankful I found this practice.
